Academic/Ministerial Profile of Professor Ben Onyeukwu
Professor Ben Onyeukwu is a Journalist, Educationist, Theologian and Pastor. He is a professor of Biblical Studies and Letters, and Vice Chancellor/President of Crown University (School of Biblical Studies), Owerri, Nigeria, and hails from Ndiuhu Umuegbe, Alaenyi Ogwa, in Mbaitoli Local Government of Imo State, Nigeria.
The cleric was born on February 28, 1955, and was called into the ministry of our LORD and BLESSED SAVIOUR, JESUS CHRIST on November 8, 1978.
His preparations for the ministry include; Diploma of Ministerial Arts, (Theology), Trinity College of Ministerial Arts, Aba, Abia State, NCE (PES/English), Nwafor Orizu College of Education, Nzugbe, Anambra State, Professional Diploma in Education (PDE), Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education, Owerri, ND/HND (Journalism), International Institute of Journalism (IIJ), Abuja, Nigeria, PGD/MSc degrees in Mass Communication, Imo State University (IMSU) Owerri, He also holds a Proficiency Diploma (PD), from Herbert-N-Computer Institute, Owerri, Imo State, and was prepared for IDPM 1&2 Professional Studies, of the Institute of Data Processing Management London, at Stanoz Computer College, Owerri, Imo State. He equally acquired BA/MA (Theology), Cornerstone University and Theological Seminary of Jerusalem, Israel and USA, and PhD (Theology/Management), Carolina Christian University, USA,
Professor Onyeukwu received his ordination and ministerial license from the International Gospel Assembly of the United States of America in 1985. He is founder/General Superintendent of Church of the Holy Ghost International, and married to Rev. Dr. (Mrs) Joy Ben-Onyeukwu. The union is blessed with five children; Ben Onyeukwu Jnr, Nightengale Ben-Oyeukwu, Great Akachukwu Ben-Onyeukwu, Beauty Mmachukwu Ben-Onyeukwu and Divine Ebubechukwu Ben-Onyeukwu.
